01
What We Collect
We collect only what you give us. When you subscribe to the VEYLOCRA newsletter, we store your email address and the date you signed up. That is the entirety of it.
If you contact us directly via the inquiry emails listed in the footer, we receive whatever you include in that message. We do not add you to any list on the basis of an email inquiry alone.
- Email address (newsletter signup only)
- Signup timestamp (for our own records)
- Direct email correspondence (only when you initiate contact)
We do not collect your name, location, phone number, or any payment information through this site.
02
How We Use It
Your email address is used for one thing: sending you the VEYLOCRA newsletter. This covers tour announcements, new releases, limited-edition drops, and the occasional dispatch from the rehearsal room.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to any outside party for marketing purposes. Full stop.
We may reference aggregate, anonymised subscriber numbers (e.g. "our list has grown by X this month") in internal planning. No individual data is ever used in this way.
03
Storage & Security
Subscriber data is held by our email service provider (see Third Parties below). We access it only to manage the mailing list and to send communications. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your data safe.
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. On unsubscribe, your address is removed from active lists. Residual backup copies may persist for a short period in accordance with our provider's standard data retention practices before being fully purged.
04
Third Parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare may process connection metadata (IP address, request headers) as part of serving the page and providing DDoS protection. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs that processing.
Our newsletter is delivered via a third-party email platform. When you subscribe, your email address is stored by that provider under their own terms of service and privacy policy. We choose providers that comply with applicable data protection legislation.
We embed fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log the request for the font file; no personal data from this site is shared with Google beyond the standard HTTP request your browser makes.
- Cloudflare — hosting & edge security
- Email service provider — newsletter delivery
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery
No advertising networks, data brokers, or social-media tracking pixels are embedded on this site.
05
Cookies & Analytics
This site does not set any first-party cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent tracking script.
Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot mitigation. This cookie contains no personal information and expires within 30 minutes. It is a technical necessity of the infrastructure, not a tracking mechanism.
Your browser may cache assets (images, fonts, scripts) locally to speed up subsequent visits. This is standard browser behaviour and does not involve us reading or writing any persistent identifiers.
06
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Your address will be removed promptly.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comprehensive data-protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
